Founders and Owners, Dennis Gibson, Brett McAlister and Tony Mullins oversee a core Inbuilt Services team of around 20 people, plus local work crews. Indigenous representation in our workforce accounts for almost one third (29%) of all hours worked.
General Manager
Dennis proudly identifies and is accepted without reservation as a member of the Jabalbina Traditional Owner group of Eastern Kuku Yalanji (Jalanjiwarra).
As the senior partner of Inbuilt Services, Dennis brings 24 years of construction expertise to the team – 19 years of which has been specific to the mining industry.
Dennis has held appointed positions with highly respected industry leaders, including but not limited to BHP, Laing O’Rourke, lntract Australia, Lendlease and McMahon Services. He has supervised work crews on major projects, including Wheatstone Gas & Oil Project, Argyle Block Cave Diamond Mine Expansion and CSA Deeps Mine Upgrade. Dennis has well established networks that extend nationally and abroad.
Operations Manager
Brett holds a clear understanding and proven track record of guiding clients and leading delivery of projects, having developed long established and trusted relationships with key stakeholders within the public and private sectors. His sound business knowledge, strategic focus and unrivalled passion for the construction industry has resulted in the driving growth and demonstrated success of his own companies. Highly experienced from the earliest stages of planning, investigation and design, through to realising the construction phase, Brett is an invaluable member of the Inbuilt Services team.
Construction Manager
As a career builder, Tony has graduated from apprentice level to Construction Manager, responsible for a portfolio of projects extending across state borders. He is abreast of detailed construction plans, documents and agreements in accordance with construction codes and standards. Tony’s attention to detail in overseeing all aspects of the build, from concept to handover, has contributed towards his proven success in the delivery of high quality works within budget constraints and established timescales across suburban and remote settings. His vast knowledge base and extensive experience of residential and commercial development, as well as government projects, is a true asset to Inbuilt Services.
